During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a full spectrum of clients, including those opening their first retirement accounts to those on top of the Forbes wealthiest list and their family offices. A family office is one that a wealthy family hires as the necessary professionals to handle their wealth management as full-time employees working solely for their family. Each wealthy family has a dedicated CEO who runs their entire office and encompasses subject matter expertise in numerous areas. Family offices are usually reserved for people with an excess of $100 million because of the cost to create and maintain them. Every member of the office collaborates to ensure the family’s goals are achieved. My time working with the world’s wealthiest and supporting their family offices has created a desire to emulate this model for all by collaborating with your existing team of professionals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Chartered Financial Consultant®, and Enrolled Agent with the IRS I focus on bringing the collaborative planning delivered by Family Offices to the clients who work with our team. This means collaborating with the existing professionals in their lives to cover all aspects of their comprehensive planning needs. This may include details associated with asset allocation, investment research, portfolio manager selection, real estate investment analysis, business planning, estate planning, tax planning, risk management and retirement planning. I cherish the trust and confidence that clients place in me to provide guidance along the path toward financial independence. After 17 years in the industry, I have come to realize that building relationships with clients and their team of professionals allows us to be a resource for them to pursue financial success and, in turn, provide me with the greatest satisfaction.

Matt developed a passion for the financial services industry as a client of the industry. His unique perspective of being a client is an essential part of Matt’s success, as he can easily see things from the client’s point of view. Matt received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. After spending the early part of his career as a Professional Engineer designing land development projects, Matt developed the calling to help others learn and develop the best practices around money that have benefited he and his family. His mission is to help his clients bring their futures into the present so they can make informed and educated decisions around their money. Outside the office, Matt spends much of his time with his daughter and wife. He is an active steward at Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Church. If you spend any time with Brandon, you will likely hear him say, “I believe that God put me on this earth to serve business owners & entrepreneurs.” Operating under a conviction that small businesses drive our economy, he brings passion and dedication to helping people be the best version of themselves and to run their businesses at the highest possible level. Of course, he will define the term entrepreneur a little more broadly than most – choosing to include those who have employers but have the mindset of the entrepreneur (a.k.a “intrapreneur”). His experience at Deloitte as well as his time starting, managing, and selling a business in the energy sector before joining the financial services industry, makes Brandon an insider to this community and uniquely positions him to provide insight and expertise to business owners. Acknowledging that not everyone will own a business, Brandon encourages people to take ownership of whatever role they are in to create opportunities for their careers, their finances, and ultimately, their families. Brandon believes that everyone has the capacity to live a life of significance and meaning. With Brandon, family always comes first. His most important roles are as a husband to his wife, Kelly, and as a father to Jake (age 15), Anna (age 12) and Luke (age 8). Brandon, a resident of Duxbury, MA, can often be found volunteering on the baseball field or the soccer field. Brandon is very active in his congregation at New Hope Chapel (Norwell), is an avid golfer, and is a fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs. Nicole Falciano is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She has been with Merrill Lynch for over 24 years, beginning her career in 1999 at the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida office before relocating to Connecticut in 2006. Her work focuses on providing portfolio guidance with an emphasis on asset allocation and diversification strategies. Nicole also offers expertise in establishing trust accounts, endowment accounts, and estate accounts, leveraging access to a wide array of specialists to support her clients. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida. She earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation in 2007 and has served as a Senior Portfolio Advisor since 2008. In this role, she assists clients in pursuing their investment objectives through discretionary management of customized investment strategies and selection among Merrill Lynch model portfolios and third-party investment options. Her client focus areas include college education planning, divorce transition planning, family wealth management, LGBT wealth planning, personal retirement planning, and women and wealth. Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole enjoys skiing, cycling, kayaking, hiking, and traveling. She values making memories with her family, which includes her triplet daughters and toddler. Her personal interests also extend to spending time at horse stables and a family cottage in Cape Cod.
