Megan Noga is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and a founding member of The Theis Noga Group. She leads the team’s planning-based efforts to help clients set realistic financial goals, organize their financial lives, and prepare for both anticipated and unforeseen circumstances. Megan works with a diverse group of clients, including active and retired corporate executives, business owners considering sale or succession, and widows and widowers who benefit from her careful and considerate approach. Since joining Merrill in 2000, Megan has built trusted relationships across multiple generations by providing tax-efficient investment and income strategies, evaluating Social Security options, and coordinating with CPAs, attorneys, and trust specialists to optimize tax minimization and estate planning. Her expertise includes retirement income planning, family wealth management strategies, small business strategies, and services for endowments, foundations, and non-profits. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Millikin University. She has earned multiple professional designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). Residing in Somonauk, Illinois, Megan coaches youth sports and is active in the local Parent Teacher Organization.
