I founded Innermost™ Wealth Management to create a more personal, thoughtful approach to financial planning and wealth management. My background in both finance and psychology shaped my belief that money is not just about numbers. It is deeply personal and connected to your values, goals, and life experiences. I work with professionals who want to grow and simplify their wealth, with a special focus on women navigating career growth, equity compensation, and major life transitions such as divorce. Many of my clients are balancing busy lives and complex financial decisions, and they value having a long-term financial partner who truly understands their needs. My firm is centered on ongoing wealth management through investment advisory relationships. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® Candidate, I provide technical expertise and strategic guidance, while also recognizing the emotional side of financial decisions. My approach is compassionate, judgment-free, and designed to reduce stress while helping you feel more confident in your choices. I operate a fully virtual firm, working with clients across the country who appreciate flexibility and convenience. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, photography, cooking, and spending quality time with my Beagle, Gracie.

I'm Paul, and I have been right where you are. I have a set of 13-year-old triplets, an 11-year-old, and a spouse with a demanding full-time career. Time is something you feel like you don't have, yet it also haunts you if you don't feel confident about some aspect of your finances. I get what you are going through, working extremely hard and watching the years go by swiftly because that is my life, too. That's why, when my triplets were born, I founded TAMMA. I saw firsthand how my family struggled with financial anxiety and the challenges and pressures it caused. This is one of the reasons I chose to become a financial advisor and build my firm: to help bring peace of mind to others. David manages the finances for a group of families and business owners in Oakland County, Michigan. His expertise includes investment advisement, risk management, education planning, longevity planning, social security planning, estate planning, tax consultations, life insurance, charitable giving, and Medicare resources. He prioritizes meaningful personal relationships and provides honest advice. David attended Central Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree majoring in Personal Financial Planning. After graduation, he gained experience working as a financial advisor for two Fortune 500 firms over seven years before opening his independent practice, Deller Wealth Management, in 2018. When I was 5 years old, I started going to work with my dad at one of his 7 diners. We’d get on the road around 6 AM. I was allowed a day-old doughnut from the freezer for breakfast – white-iced, raspberry jelly-filled was my go-to. He usually zapped it too long in the microwave, making the jelly in the middle piping hot. I was great at peeling hardboiled eggs, restocking the candy case, and tallying up carry-out receipts – I loved every minute of it! Dad always said my maiden name, Bassano, meant “hard-worker.” I firmly believe that tongue-in-cheek joke, along with my mom & dad’s entrepreneurial spirit, shaped who I am today. Whether it was graduating college as a double major with honors in 3 years, or cycling the US coast-to-coast in 9 weeks, I put my heart and soul into everything I do. I fully expect the same of myself if given the opportunity to be your financial advisor.

Antoneta Berishaj is the Sales Manager for the Greater Houston Market at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2000 and has held roles including Complex Administrative Manager overseeing offices in Texas and Louisiana. Her background as a registered FINRA Principal Supervisor contributes to her comprehensive understanding of risk management in wealth advisory. Her expertise encompasses family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, retirement income, and tax minimization, among other areas. Antoneta holds FINRA registrations including Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66, and maintains licenses with the Texas Department of Insurance and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS ID:1163440). She earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Lamar University. Antoneta resides in Spring, Texas with her wife and three children. She is involved with the Klein Independent School District and has personal interests that include boxing, fishing, and music.

Michael Lowther is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He has been with the firm since 2008 and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Michael specializes in areas such as college education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, special needs planning strategies, and retirement income. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University and holds the professional designation of Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). He has also been an active volunteer with organizations including Easter Seals and Special Olympics of Michigan. Michael resides in Clarkston with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, football, golfing, racquetball, reading, running, skiing, and spending time with his family.
