I'm Paul, and I have been right where you are. I have a set of 13-year-old triplets, an 11-year-old, and a spouse with a demanding full-time career. Time is something you feel like you don't have, yet it also haunts you if you don't feel confident about some aspect of your finances. I get what you are going through, working extremely hard and watching the years go by swiftly because that is my life, too. That's why, when my triplets were born, I founded TAMMA. I saw firsthand how my family struggled with financial anxiety and the challenges and pressures it caused. This is one of the reasons I chose to become a financial advisor and build my firm: to help bring peace of mind to others. David manages the finances for a group of families and business owners in Oakland County, Michigan. He prioritizes meaningful personal relationships and provides honest advice. David attended Central Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree majoring in Personal Financial Planning. After graduation, he gained experience working as a financial advisor for two Fortune 500 firms over seven years before opening his independent practice, Deller Wealth Management, in 2018. Antoneta Berishaj is the Sales Manager for the Greater Houston Market at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2000 and has held roles including Complex Administrative Manager overseeing offices in Texas and Louisiana. Her background as a registered FINRA Principal Supervisor contributes to her comprehensive understanding of risk management in wealth advisory. Her expertise encompasses family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, retirement income, and tax minimization, among other areas. Antoneta holds FINRA registrations including Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66, and maintains licenses with the Texas Department of Insurance and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS ID:1163440). She earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Lamar University. Antoneta resides in Spring, Texas with her wife and three children. She is involved with the Klein Independent School District and has personal interests that include boxing, fishing, and music.

Matthew Moceri is a Senior Financial Advisor at The Moceri Group of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He works with families, entrepreneurs, and business owners who seek personalized wealth management strategies that address the complexities of significant wealth. His approach combines disciplined investment management with detailed planning for preserving, growing, and transferring wealth. Matthew leverages the resources of Merrill and Bank of America to help clients navigate liquidity events and structure multigenerational wealth plans. His expertise encompasses a broad range of client focus areas, including college education planning, executive compensation, legacy planning, managing new wealth, personal retirement planning, philanthropic planning, special needs planning strategies, individual and corporate investment strategy, tax minimization, and retirement income. Matthew holds the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation and earned a bachelor’s degree from Tiffin University. Matthew is committed to working closely with clients to develop personalized financial strategies tailored to their long-term goals. He also participates in community service, dedicating time to volunteer with local organizations. Outside of his professional work, Matthew’s interests include cooking, fishing, golfing, hunting, pickleball, reading, soccer, and traveling.

Shannon Lipp is a Financial Consultant currently working at Fidelity Investments. In this role, Shannon partners with clients and their families to understand their financial goals, develop comprehensive financial plans, and provide guidance in creating personalized investment strategies. Shannon has been with Fidelity Investments since 2021, initially serving as a Central Relationship Manager before transitioning to the role of Financial Consultant in 2022. Prior to joining Fidelity, Shannon worked as a Financial Consultant at HD Vest from 2015 to 2019.
