Audrey has enjoyed a successful 30 year career in the corporate world as a business leader and executive coach. After going through her own divorce and moving to Colorado, she started a nonprofit to help educate and empower women in the divorce process. Helping these women has been so personally fulfilling, Audrey decided to leave her corporate position and create a high touch financial planning firm focused on helping women and their families navigate the financial aspects of their busy, messy and exciting lives. She enjoys helping her clients plan and strategize on how to recover financially from a divorce or losing a spouse to death, figure out how to afford college for the kids and save for a well deserved retirement. Audrey’s is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ and a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST™. Her background includes an accounting degree and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She worked in finance and operations for GE and GE Capital for 15 years; and in management consulting at Accenture and smaller NYC firm for 10 plus years. She has three teen children, her oldest is currently attending University of Colorado in Boulder, plus twins in high school. She is the founder and Board President of the Colorado nonprofit, Blue Iris. In her free time Audrey enjoys hiking with her dog, trying fun new restaurants in Denver, reading (always too many books going at the same time) and movies. She is active her children's school and attending their sporting events.

That’s how I’ve accumulated 25+ years of investing experience while still being young enough to guide you through the financial jungle for decades to come. I have an MBA from Cornell University with a focus on Capital Markets and Asset Management. I am a CFA charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. My wife and I live in Denver with our two young kids and a dog. When I’m not investing or thinking about investing, you will find me burying my nose in a book, swinging kettlebells, or fondly remembering all of the hobbies I had before kids.

Originally from Massachusetts, I now reside in Denver, Colorado with my wife, Carolina. My interest in personal finance began shortly after graduating college, during my time working for the Boston Red Sox. While the role provided a memorable experience, I quickly realized how challenging it was to navigate employee benefits, manage a budget, and begin saving—especially in a high-cost city. That experience revealed a significant knowledge gap, which I set out to fill through self-study and a deep dive into personal finance literature. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a clear professional purpose: to help others gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives. Following my time in sports, I spent several years working in various client-facing roles across the financial services industry. I gained experience at a regional bank, a large brokerage firm, and most recently, a national Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Each role offered valuable insight into different areas of the financial world, and collectively, they reinforced my desire to create something more personal and client-centered. I founded Willcox Wealth Planning with the goal of providing clear, unbiased financial advice rooted in trust, education, and long-term relationships. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and an Enrolled Agent (EA), which allows me to serve clients not only in a comprehensive planning capacity but also with specialized tax expertise before the IRS. Outside of work, Carolina and I enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. We spend much of our free time outdoors—hiking, biking, or skiing—as well as exploring Denver’s vibrant local food and coffee scene.
