Joseph Weston is the Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor based at Merrill Lynch’s Weeki Wachee office. He has been part of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 2005 and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) designation as well as the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) credential. Joseph specializes in advising families, business owners, and medical professionals, focusing on services such as legacy planning, retirement income, tax minimization, and portfolio management. With a career in financial services dating back to 1997, he draws on extensive experience to develop customized investment strategies and utilizes the resources available through Merrill Lynch and Bank of America to support his clients’ financial goals. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa and is an honorary member of Pi Mu Epsilon, a mathematics honor society. Outside of his professional role, Joseph resides in Brooksville, Florida, with his family. His personal interests include adventure sports, boating, golfing, ice hockey, reading, running, and traveling.

Steven Griffith is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He has been with Merrill Lynch since 2013, initially working in Jacksonville where he focused on educating clients and assisting with their 401(k) plans. In 2015, Steven relocated to the Citrus/Hernando County area to join a team dedicated to helping clients implement comprehensive financial well-being strategies. Steven’s expertise includes family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, tax minimization, and retirement income. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and maintains professional designations as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). He is bilingual in Russian and English. Outside of his professional role, Steven is an active member of the automotive community in Citrus and Hernando counties and travels to automotive events throughout Florida. He enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, boating, camping, fishing, football, golfing, and hunting. Steven and his wife are raising three children and are supporters of the Florida Gators.

Timothy Martin is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. In his role, he works closely with clients to understand their personal financial goals and develop tailored strategies that address their short-, mid-, and long-term objectives. He provides guidance on a variety of financial matters, including general investing, retirement planning, and preparing for unexpected life events. Timothy also offers clients access to Bank of America specialists for banking, credit, home financing, and small business solutions. Timothy’s expertise lies in helping clients manage diverse financial priorities such as homeownership, education funding, elder care, and healthcare planning. He partners one-on-one with clients to define their goals and design portfolio strategies that align with their evolving needs. As a Merrill Financial Advisor, he offers ongoing advice and continuously adapts financial plans based on changing circumstances. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Full Sail University and maintains several professional designations, including Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (SE-AWMA).
