Susan Wilson is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She has been a financial advisor with Merrill for more than 38 years, providing guidance to families through various stages of their financial lives. Susan and her team develop customized financial roadmaps that incorporate sophisticated planning tools and collaborate with clients' other professional advisors to address needs such as retirement income planning, managing new wealth, tax minimization, and socially responsible investing. Her areas of expertise include family wealth management strategies, college education planning, portfolio management, and assisting clients navigating complex life events such as divorce or career transitions. Susan holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation as well as certifications as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmira College. Outside of her professional role, Susan is the co-founder and past president of North Shore Women of HOPE, a nonprofit organization supporting Esperanza Academy, a tuition-free school for underprivileged girls in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She resides in Centerville, Massachusetts and enjoys boating, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Nicole Falciano is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She has been with Merrill Lynch for over 24 years, beginning her career in 1999 at the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida office before relocating to Connecticut in 2006. Her work focuses on providing portfolio guidance with an emphasis on asset allocation and diversification strategies. Nicole also offers expertise in establishing trust accounts, endowment accounts, and estate accounts, leveraging access to a wide array of specialists to support her clients. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida. She earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation in 2007 and has served as a Senior Portfolio Advisor since 2008. In this role, she assists clients in pursuing their investment objectives through discretionary management of customized investment strategies and selection among Merrill Lynch model portfolios and third-party investment options. Her client focus areas include college education planning, divorce transition planning, family wealth management, LGBT wealth planning, personal retirement planning, and women and wealth. Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole enjoys skiing, cycling, kayaking, hiking, and traveling. She values making memories with her family, which includes her triplet daughters and toddler. Her personal interests also extend to spending time at horse stables and a family cottage in Cape Cod.
