Hi, I’m Ryan Kelly, founder & CEO of Aries Financial Navigators. I am a fee-only financial planner, investment manager, & tax professional based in Lititz, PA. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, I went on to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, the received the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning, & the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® mark from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. I began my career in financial services in 2007, becoming a Registered Representative before transitioning to an independent multi-family office RIA in the Philadelphia area, where I focused on portfolio management & comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth individuals & families. After specializing in planning areas including Social Security, Medicare, & in-depth tax planning & preparation, I moved back to my hometown of Lititz, PA to work with a local fee-only RIA focusing on retirees. In 2019, I started Aries Financial Navigators to bring my vision of the ideal client experience and service model to life. Serving as a consultant to my former colleagues, I am part of a collaborative team with decades of experience while maintaining flexibility & independence. Our mission is to partner with clients & deliver incredible value by providing the highest quality services & meaningful results.

The driving force behind my work as a financial planner is empowering clients to build a meaningful financial plan, one that aligns with their core values and purpose. My Journey: After receiving entry-level training from a large brokerage firm back in 2012, I ultimately decided that an independent firm was more in alignment with my values as a planner. After dedicating nine years to a mid-sized firm in central Pennsylvania, I leveraged my invaluable experience and expertise to embark on a new journey by founding my own firm, First Light Wealth, LLC in 2023. Professional Growth: Throughout my career, I've embraced continuous learning and professional growth to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving financial landscape. In 2021, I embarked upon the challenging journey of earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ mark, a designation held by less than 30% of financial advisors.
