Kelly Crystal is the Resident Director at Merrill. She joined the firm in 2009 as a Financial Advisor. Kelly spent 10 years in the automotive industry working in Treasury and Finance prior to joining Merrill. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Walsh College. Kelly has earned several professional designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA).

Residing in Davison with her husband and three children, Kelly is involved in her community through various organizations. She serves on the board of the American Red Cross-East Central Bay Chapter, participates in the Community Foundation Women and Girls Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Grand Blanc Rotary Club, Flint Women’s Forum, Michigan State Genesee County Alumni Association, and YWCA. She also contributes as a youth sports coach. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting local community activities.

His mother, a retired IT professional, is the daughter of an AC Spark Plug engineer who worked in Flint for over 30 years. After high school, Jeremy attended Central Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Personal Financial Planning and Real Estate Development & Finance. He was also a 4-year varsity letter recipient in football as a wide receiver. Fire Up Chips! Jeremy lives in Swartz Creek with his wife, Carol, an elementary school teacher at Dewitt Public Schools. Jeremy enjoys playing and watching sports, movies, and spending time with his family.
