Hey there, I’m Leland! I love building relationships and coaching people, which is what really brought me alive during the 6 years I worked in the personal finance industry before starting PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC (PLFP). It has been said that personal finance is more personal than finance. I find that true. Finances touch every area of one’s life. Finances are a tool in our lives that can cause one of two things; they can be a source of stress and anxiety or a source of confidence and excitement. I am passionate about helping individuals and families foster confidence and an abundance mindset around their life goals through the financial planning process. After many years working in the insurance and broker-dealer world, I grew tired of transactional relationships. I was working to do financial planning, but It was more product sales than relationships. That is where PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC came in. When I am not working with my clients, you can find me spending time with my wife, Lindy, our son, Levi, and our pup, Sutton, being with family and friends, playing pickleball, or doing anything that involves water (swimming, surfing, boating, drinking water, etc). Quintina Wallace is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, specializing in employee benefits planning, investment consulting for defined contribution plans, personal retirement planning, small business strategies, and tax minimization. She supports business owners in sponsoring retirement plans, guides executives through RSU exit strategies, and assists families with cross-generational financial planning. Ms. Wallace holds a Bachelor's Degree from Albany State University and maintains professional designations including Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). She is involved with professional organizations such as the Alzheimer's Association and the National Association of Plan Advisors. Outside of her professional commitments, Quintina enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family. Robert Bradshaw is a Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He is the founding member of The Bradshaw Wealth Management Group and works with high-net-worth families, trustees, owners of closely held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and administrators of corporate retirement plans. Robert designs tailored wealth management and investment strategies by carefully considering each client's financial goals, family wishes, estate planning needs, and tax circumstances. He is also a qualified Portfolio Manager who builds and manages personalized or defined investment strategies that may include individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies, sometimes on a discretionary basis through the firm’s Investment Advisory Program. Robert began his career in financial services in 1999 and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2002. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina. Robert has been named to the Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list from 2018 through 2025. His client focus areas include college education planning, family wealth management strategies, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, and tax minimization. Residing in Virginia Beach with his wife, Megan, and their three sons, Robert enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He has served on the board of directors for The First Tee of Hampton Roads and is a past president of the Bennett’s Creek Sertoma Club, an organization dedicated to helping hearing-impaired children in the Tidewater Region of Virginia.

Colin McDowell is an Investment Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role he has held since 2023. He brings to this position seven years of experience in the financial industry, including his previous role as a Portfolio Analyst at Blue Digital Capital, LLC from 2020 to 2022. Colin's professional focus centers on collaborating with clients in Hampton Roads to help them navigate and build their financial futures efficiently. Drawing from his global upbringing and diverse experiences, Colin works with investors from various backgrounds to develop and maintain financial plans tailored to their unique life situations. His approach emphasizes alignment of investment strategies with individual goals and circumstances. Outside of his professional work, Colin has interests in comedy, fitness, football, hiking, traveling, and volunteering.
