Ilya Dayter is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He serves on the Village of Howard Police and Fire Commission and has been active with the Bank of America Military Support & Assistance Group, the Northeast Wisconsin Veterans Alliance, Freedom House, and the Howard Suamico Business Professional Association, where he previously served as president. He resides in Green Bay with his family and enjoys activities such as traveling, gardening, golf, tennis, scuba diving, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Justus Hedeen is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He focuses on aligning client goals with suitable financial strategies and conducts due diligence on the team’s investment strategies and portfolios. His client services encompass areas such as endowments, foundations, non-profits, defined contribution plans, legacy and LGBT wealth planning, retirement income, tax minimization, and socially responsible investing. Justus began his financial services career in 2003 at a Fortune 100 company as an Investment Analyst specializing in corporate bonds. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation earned in 2006, as well as additional credentials including Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). He graduated from the University of Chicago in 2003 with degrees in Economics and Mathematics. Outside of work, Justus enjoys cooking, football, music, reading, and traveling with his wife Katie and their two sons. He serves as Vice President of the board for CASA (Court Appointed Supervisory Advocates) of Brown County. Justus was recognized as a member of the RH Group Wealth Management team on the Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams” list in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
