As a former spouse to a technology professional, she brings personal experience to helping clients navigate decisions regarding equity compensation and the myriad of other employee benefits specific to the Tech industry. Previously, Faith provided consulting and research services to pension plans, foundations and endowments for 19 years as an investment professional and employee benefits consultant. Faith has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has BSc. Degrees Information Systems and Business Administration. In addition to being a CFP® professional, she is a member of the Financial Planning Association, through which she volunteers as a pro-bono financial planner. Having lived on four continents and worked on three, Faith likes to travel in her free time – sampling new cuisines along the way.

Prior to joining Fidelity, she worked as a Personal Banker at Fremont Bank from 2020 to 2022. Her professional experience encompasses client relationship management and financial planning, with a focus on empowering clients to make informed decisions and maintain confidence in their financial goals. Vandana holds a California Insurance License, supporting her expertise in insurance-related financial services. Outside of her professional work, Vandana engages in activities such as cooking and baking, outdoor adventures, parenthood, reading, traveling, and writing.

Lisa Hughes is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She has over 30 years of experience providing personalized wealth management services and strategies to a diverse group of clients. Lisa's approach focuses on understanding the unique circumstances and values of each client before addressing their investment needs. She works with a professional team to manage the long-term challenges and daily demands of substantial wealth. Her expertise includes capital preservation, tax minimization, and lifetime cash flow strategies. Lisa emphasizes diversified portfolio development, alternative investments, and money manager selections. She also addresses concentrated stock issues and collaborates with clients' other advisors on estate planning techniques. Lisa holds several professional designations, including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Originally from the East Bay, Lisa currently resides on the Peninsula. She has served on her homeowner association board and as the landscape committee chair. Lisa has volunteered with Pet Partners and participates in the local art community, enjoying oil painting. Her personal interests also include gardening, hiking, and yoga.

Daniel Walsh is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He and his team provide customized advice and wealth management services for highly affluent families, addressing concentrated stock issues, liquidity, hedging, risk reduction, diversified portfolio development, alternative investments, and money manager selection. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Daniel served seven years as a U.S. Naval Aviator and two years as an institutional equities trader. He holds a B.A. degree in Architecture from the University of California-Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation awarded by the Investments & Wealth Institute™. Additionally, he holds the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. Daniel and his wife Katrine raised their children in San Carlos, California. He is involved in his community, having served as Vice President of the San Carlos United Soccer Club, and is a U.S. Soccer Federation licensed referee. His personal interests include biking, hiking, music, photography, reading, refereeing, scuba diving, skiing, soccer, and spending time with his family.
