Our clients and community value us for both our personal approach as well as our background experience. Our clients are amazing but do not always have the time and energy to go it on their own. We help bridge family and business conversations, and align our clients paths with their intended priorities. We have backgrounds in institutional investments, and consulting financial advisors, but we are perpetually students as well as surrounding ourselves with amazing professional alliances to help support our clients and community in every way we can. Growing up, my parents were owners of a small business that did paving and excavation services. I was able to work summers and through college and miss operating equipment. Same time I saw many of their challenges through each stage of ownership. I love helping business owners and consultants bridge their investments and behavior in alignment with their prioritized goals and intent. Working at an institutional asset manager and broker dealer allowed me to spend countless hours with amazing financial professionals (advisors, portfolio managers, economists and strategists). There is alot to learn in good times, and even more to learn in challenging times. We try to bring a long term vision and healthy perspective to meetings where clients are the ones driving to their goals with the full support of our firm and every resource we have.

I am a fee-only, advice-only investment advisor and financial planner. My mission is to provide great advice at a fair price to support each client’s purpose in life. I am a CFP® Practitioner and CFA® Charterholder. As Founder and Principal Advisor at IndiePlan™, I am committed to our fiduciary duty by providing independent holistic advice and education that puts clients’ interests first. I entered the advisory business after a thirty-year career in financial services. I am a former Head of Index Governance and Chairman of the US Index Committee at S&P Dow Jones Indices, where my job was to oversee major benchmarks like the S&P 500®. Prior to that, I held a variety of positions - from designing indexes and assisting leading asset management firms to working on a portfolio management team that served institutional clients. My interest in investing and financial planning is long standing. I enjoy helping others as they save, invest, and plan for their future, or as they prepare for transitions like retirement, a health challenge, a second career, starting a new business, furthering their education, or taking extended leave. Rudenca Blloshmi serves as a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. In this role, she helps clients develop personalized wealth management strategies tailored to their individual financial goals. She provides access to Merrill’s investment insights alongside the banking and lending solutions offered by Bank of America. Rudenca focuses on client areas including family wealth management, personal retirement planning, philanthropic planning, tax minimization, retirement income, special needs planning, managing new wealth, and women and wealth. Rudenca holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA), and Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (SE-AWMA). She attended Pace University without earning a degree and conducts business in both English and Albanian. Rudenca is involved with the Global Albanians Foundation and enjoys baseball, biking, golfing, music, and photography in her personal time.

Antoneta Berishaj is the Sales Manager for the Greater Houston Market at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2000 and has held roles including Complex Administrative Manager overseeing offices in Texas and Louisiana. Her background as a registered FINRA Principal Supervisor contributes to her comprehensive understanding of risk management in wealth advisory. Her expertise encompasses family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, retirement income, and tax minimization, among other areas. Antoneta holds FINRA registrations including Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66, and maintains licenses with the Texas Department of Insurance and the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS ID:1163440). She earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Lamar University. Antoneta resides in Spring, Texas with her wife and three children. She is involved with the Klein Independent School District and has personal interests that include boxing, fishing, and music.
