About

The firm provides investment management, ongoing financial planning, and related advisory services to individuals, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients. Its offerings include tailored portfolio management, access to third‑party managers and model portfolios, and sponsorship of a wrap‑fee program for clients.

The firm’s investment approach is primarily passive, building asset‑class weighted portfolios using index mutual funds and ETFs, while also employing fundamental and technical analysis and model allocations from a sub‑advisor platform. Client relationships are guided by individualized investment policy statements, discretionary portfolio oversight, and periodic reviews that consider changes in suitability and client‑imposed restrictions.

What is noteworthy about the firm compared with many peers is its role as a wrap‑fee program sponsor and its affiliation with an accounting practice that provides tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services which may be made available to certain investment clients. The principal’s combined financial planning and tax/accounting credentials (CFP, CPA, EA, PFS) support integration of tax and accounting considerations into planning and into the firm’s selection and monitoring of outside managers.
