About

WESPAC Advisors serves plan sponsors of participant-directed retirement plans and high-net-worth individuals, providing investment advisory and fiduciary oversight services (including ERISA 3(21) and 3(38) arrangements) as well as separately managed account investment management. The firm supports plan sponsors with investment policy statements, investment menu selection and monitoring, participant education, and periodic reporting and web-based participant tools.

For taxable client portfolios WESPAC emphasizes a top-down sector-rotation and relative-strength approach, investing primarily in equity securities and ETFs identified by technical research supported by fundamental analysis; for self-directed retirement plan clients the firm primarily selects no-load mutual funds. Portfolios are generally implemented through investment models on a discretionary basis and, in some cases, assets are managed by sub-advisers.

WESPAC is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Focus Financial Partners and notes indirect ownership by investment vehicles affiliated with CD&R and Stone Point; the Focus network includes other registered advisers, broker-dealers, pension consultants, insurance firms and firms that manage private funds, and WESPAC discloses and manages referrals and relationships with affiliated entities. The firm also uses affiliated service providers—such as WESPAC Plan Services for recordkeeping and a related insurance brokerage for insurance sales—and intermediaries like Flourish for cash management, arrangements the firm discloses as potential conflicts of interest.
