The Norden Group LLC provides investment advisory and financial planning services to individuals (including high‑net‑worth clients), charitable organizations, and businesses. As of December 31, 2025 the firm reported approximately $1.97 billion in discretionary assets under management and offers discretionary portfolio management, fixed‑fee financial planning, general consulting, and access to a TAMP platform.

The firm implements client strategies primarily through model portfolios, third‑party sub‑advisers and Townsquare’s turnkey asset management platform rather than performing firm‑level quantitative or qualitative analysis of individual securities. Its investable universe is broad and includes equities, corporate and municipal debt, options, structured products, REITs and other real estate vehicles, private placements and limited partnerships, and it may incorporate ESG considerations where appropriate.

Distinctive features include that many of the firm’s investment professionals are also licensed insurance agents and the brochure discloses they spend an estimated half of their time on insurance sales, creating the potential for conflicts of interest when recommending annuities or other insurance products. The firm also routinely requires clients to direct custody and execution through specified custodians (Charles Schwab and Trade‑PMR), manages essentially all reported assets on a discretionary basis, and subscribes to an outside proxy‑voting service.
