About

PeaceLink Financial Planning serves individual and high‑net‑worth clients, employer plan sponsors, and family offices with comprehensive financial planning, investment management, project‑based engagements, and graduate planning. The firm operates with two advisors and manages roughly $28 million in client assets, offering both ongoing advisory programs and limited‑scope planning projects.

The firm builds individualized investment policies through client discussions and uses a combination of passive and active strategies informed by Modern Portfolio Theory, with discretionary portfolio management and the option to utilize a sub‑advisor for model portfolios. Planning integrates multiple topics — cash flow, tax and estate considerations, insurance, and retirement projections — alongside ongoing account supervision and custodial relationships with major institutional platforms.

What distinguishes the firm from many peers is its affiliation with an accounting practice, PeaceLink Accounting LLC, which provides bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation and is sometimes contracted as part of integrated planning while clients remain free to choose other providers. The firm also provides family office coordination and a range of one‑time and ongoing planning services (including graduate planning and project work), capabilities that are less common for firms of similar size.

PeaceLink Financial Planning

Hey there, I’m Leland! I love building relationships and coaching people, which is what really brought me alive during the 6 years I worked in the personal finance industry before starting PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC (PLFP). It has been said that personal finance is more personal than finance. I find that true. Finances touch every area of one’s life. Finances are a tool in our lives that can cause one of two things; they can be a source of stress and anxiety or a source of confidence and excitement. I am passionate about helping individuals and families foster confidence and an abundance mindset around their life goals through the financial planning process. After many years working in the insurance and broker-dealer world, I grew tired of transactional relationships. I was working to do financial planning, but It was more product sales than relationships. That is where PeaceLink Financial Planning LLC came in. When I am not working with my clients, you can find me spending time with my wife, Lindy, our son, Levi, and our pup, Sutton, being with family and friends, playing pickleball, or doing anything that involves water (swimming, surfing, boating, drinking water, etc). As your Financial Planner, I promise you honesty, transparency, and commitment to your success.
