NTV Asset Management, LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser that provides portfolio management, model portfolio services, and financial planning to individuals (including high-net-worth clients), pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable organizations, and other businesses. Services are delivered on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis and include individualized portfolio management as well as model asset-allocation portfolios aligned to goals from Income to Growth.

The firm applies a mix of analytical approaches — fundamental, technical (including charting and cyclical analysis), quantitative and qualitative — and uses both long- and short-term trading strategies alongside asset-allocation and mutual fund/ETF selection; accounts are reviewed at least quarterly. Model portfolios are managed to the model’s stated objectives, while individualized portfolios are constructed around each client’s stated goals, time horizon, tax considerations and risk tolerance.

NTV manages over $1.09 billion of discretionary assets with a five-advisor team and has added model portfolio management to its service set while offering financial planning without a separate charge. The combination of a relatively large asset base for a small team, the formal model-portfolio program, the documented use of technical and quantitative tools, and established proxy-voting and block-trading practices are features that differentiate its operating approach from some peers.
