My Prosper Team provides investment management, financial planning, and financial consultation services to individuals (including high-net-worth clients), retirement plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and businesses. Services are available on an ongoing discretionary or non-discretionary basis as well as on an hourly or project basis for planning and consultation engagements.
The firm emphasizes individualized portfolio construction and documented investment policy statements, and may recommend or utilize unaffiliated independent managers while typically retaining the role of primary adviser. Portfolios can be managed across a range of risk profiles, with a noted emphasis on ETFs, the use of covered-call strategies in some accounts, and periodic monitoring and rebalancing according to each client’s stated objectives.
What distinguishes My Prosper Team from many peers is the owners’ active involvement in affiliated businesses: principals disclose ownership and advisory roles in a series of private real estate offerings (Prosper RED I–VII) and operate an affiliated insurance agency (Prosper Wealth Insurance) whose licensed advisers may receive insurance commissions; a principal is also a licensed mortgage broker and operates an entity providing self-directed IRA services. The brochure discloses these relationships and related conflicts of interest and states clients receive written compensation disclosure and are not required to use the firm’s affiliates.

$0 - $12,000: Minimum annual fee of $150 Over $12,000+: 1.25% annually
Financial Planning and Consultation Services charged at $250 per hour.
Account minimum: No minimum for general clients; however, there is a minimum annual advisory fee for portfolios with $12,000 or less to initiate services. Minimum fee: Minimum annual advisory fee of $150 for portfolios $12,000 or less, invoiced at engagement and annually thereafter. Fee-only: Advisory fees only; no commissions accepted by the firm.
