About

Mosaic Wealth serves individuals, high‑net‑worth clients, trusts, estates, businesses, charitable organizations and retirement plans with wealth management, discretionary portfolio management, financial planning, retirement‑plan advisory and select family‑office bill‑pay services. The firm also implements held‑away account oversight (for example, 401(k) and 529 accounts) through a Pontera order‑management system and facilitates access to third‑party cash‑management and credit solutions.

The firm takes a customized, primarily long‑term fiduciary approach, using fundamental analysis to construct portfolios from mutual funds, ETFs, individual securities, third‑party sub‑advisers and pooled private vehicles, and it monitors accounts at least annually (with more frequent reviews or rebalancing as needed). Mosaic may recommend tactical reallocations, option strategies or hedging and will engage sub‑advisers or affiliated pooled vehicles where appropriate to meet client objectives.

Several relationships and fee arrangements distinguish Mosaic from many peers: it is an indirect subsidiary of Focus Financial Partners, works with an affiliated private fund manager (SCS) to offer pooled investment vehicles, and refers insurance business to an affiliate (Focus Risk Solutions) that receives commissions and platform fees; the brochure discloses these arrangements and associated conflicts and mitigation steps. The firm also notes that some advisory personnel are registered representatives of Purshe Kaplan Sterling and may receive transaction‑based compensation, and that UPTIQ/Flourish cash‑management and credit solutions available to clients involve revenue‑sharing with parent‑company affiliates.
