The firm pursues a long‑term, fundamental value approach that seeks to buy equities at material discounts to assessed intrinsic value with a typical holding horizon of three to five years and concentrated portfolios. Research and valuation are central to the process, and eligible investments include common and preferred stock, equity‑linked securities, certain less liquid instruments and derivatives, which Medora may employ in separately managed accounts.
