Humble Capital Management provides discretionary investment management to a private investment fund (Humble Capital Fund I, LP) and to separately managed accounts for high‑net‑worth individuals, pension and profit‑sharing plans, and charities. The firm does not serve non‑high‑net‑worth individual clients.

The firm employs a disciplined, fundamental value‑oriented approach focused on acquiring equity securities of companies with durable competitive advantages that it believes trade below intrinsic value, and it may use options and maintain relatively concentrated, non‑diversified portfolios. The Fund is managed in accordance with its confidential private placement memorandum, while separate accounts are managed pursuant to client‑specific investment guidelines and restrictions.

Distinctive features for a firm of this size include acting as the general partner and private fund adviser to a pooled vehicle and charging performance‑based fees for the Fund — arrangements that are uncommon among peers. To address the potential conflicts that side‑by‑side management and principals’ other business activities can create, the firm has written procedures covering allocation of opportunities, trade aggregation, broker rotation and other supervisory controls, and it discloses a prior consent agreement resolving an unregistered advisory‑activity matter with a modest administrative penalty.
