The adviser offers a constrained menu of ETF recommendations selected using Morningstar research and public data, and assigns clients to risk categories based on a pre‑account questionnaire; it does not provide discretionary portfolio management, select third‑party portfolio managers, or conduct routine portfolio reviews. Greenlight’s delivery and business model are atypical for a supported advisory firm: it operates a wrap-fee program and provides subscription-based advisory access via a bank Card Plan rather than charging percentage-of-AUM fees, and its brochure discloses peer-to-peer and affiliate referral programs (with referral rewards paid by the parent) as part of its marketing. The firm also serves an unusually large number of accounts per advisor through app-based automation and limits client contact and advice to the app rather than by telephone or email.
