Geneva Partners provides discretionary investment supervisory services and individual portfolio management to a mix of individual clients, high-net-worth individuals, charitable organizations and retirement plans. The firm reports approximately $387 million in discretionary assets under management and generally charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management.

The firm combines fundamental and technical analysis and uses both long- and short-term purchase strategies, tailoring portfolios to each client’s objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon. A distinctive feature is that one of the firm’s representatives operates an outside accounting firm that provides tax and accounting services to some Geneva Partners clients, and the advisory firm may pay that accounting firm for tax preparation services — an affiliation the brochure identifies and which is uncommon among comparable team firms. Geneva Partners also discloses other outside financial activities by its representatives (including insurance licensing) and its use of a custodian platform that provides research, execution and operational support.
