About

Firebrand Wealth Management provides discretionary investment management and financial planning to individual and high‑net‑worth clients, and also advises employer-sponsored retirement plans and charitable or corporate clients. The firm offers ongoing portfolio management, tailored financial plans, held‑away account advice, and coordinates third‑party tax preparation support as part of its service suite.

The firm’s investment approach emphasizes passive portfolio construction guided by Modern Portfolio Theory, typically using index mutual funds and ETFs to create diversified, low‑turnover allocations. Firebrand supplements its passive framework with fundamental analysis and the selective use of individual securities and options, and it implements client plans through discretionary authority when engaged.

Noteworthy features include operating six offices despite having a small advisor team, and sponsoring a wrap‑fee program for clients who prefer bundled advisory and trading services—both uncommon for firms in this team category. The firm also provides retirement plan management as an ERISA 3(38) investment manager and staffs professionals holding CFP®, CIMA®, and CPA credentials, which can influence the scope of services offered relative to many peers.

Firebrand Wealth Management, LLC

As a college student, I witnessed my mother, who was widowed, place her trust and life insurance money with a friend at a reputable investment firm. Her money was grossly mismanaged, and she was devastated. I am fiercely passionate about protecting my clients and their wealth as a trusted partner throughout their lives, operating with honesty and transparency in all our work together. I launched Firebrand Wealth as an independent, fee-only firm so that I could fully live and breathe these values every day, and lead my team to do the same. I specialize in helping women working in the rough-and-tumble worlds of technology and entrepreneurship. I also help families undergoing big financial changes in their lives, such as a death in the family, divorce, career pivots, sudden wealth, or the burden of caring for parents. Firebrand Wealth offers both hourly-fee and asset-based-fee advice and guidance, including: • Savings Strategies • Socially-Responsible Investment Management • Retirement Planning • Tax and Estate Planning Having spent 20 years in financial services, from Wall Street to the San Francisco Bay, I now call the greater Seattle area home. I paid my dues working at traditional brokerage firms and the world's largest asset manager, and I believe there is no better way to serve clients than as an independent fiduciary, putting their needs first. In my spare time, when not busy chasing the kids around in matching super-hero capes, I enjoy writing and learning tennis. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, with a Bachelor of Arts in the College of Letters, and hold the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Wharton School of Business. I am Series 65 licensed and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
