FinCo Investment Services, Inc. provides investment advisory services to individuals, family limited partnerships, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and business entities, managing approximately $50.4 million in discretionary assets for about 83 clients. In addition to portfolio management, the firm offers financial consulting and planning services that include personal financial statements, cash flow analysis, estate analysis, small business bookkeeping and business valuation.

The firm primarily allocates client portfolios among mutual funds, but also uses ETFs, individual debt and equity securities and — for clients who qualify as accredited investors — private placement securities; it tailors portfolios to clients’ risk tolerance and documents investment guidelines in a signed investment policy statement. FinCo employs both fundamental and technical analysis, uses a proprietary screening and analytical system to select and monitor holdings, and generally manages accounts on a discretionary basis while also offering non-discretionary and hourly financial planning engagements.

Compared with many supported firms, FinCo is a single-advisor practice managing a mid‑sized pool of assets and combines traditional portfolio management with expanded consulting services such as business bookkeeping and valuation. The firm also directs custody to Trade‑PMR (with clearing at First Clearing/Wells Fargo affiliate) to access institutional trading, block‑trading and technology typically less available to retail investors, and can open specialized IRA arrangements (via Vantage IRA/Mainstar Trust) to hold nonstandard assets.
