Elite Portfolios provides investment models and turnkey asset management platform (TAMP) solutions to other registered investment advisers (RIAs) rather than to individual retail clients, offering model portfolios and manager blends that RIAs can select for their own client accounts. Distinctive features include its primary client base of other investment advisers (a relationship type that is uncommon among investment managers) and its compensation model, which relies on revenue‑sharing arrangements with third‑party managers and fund providers rather than a general percentage‑of‑AUM advisory fee. The brochure also discloses affiliated entities that produce investment products and potential conflicts of interest from revenue sharing and affiliate relationships; the firm says it provides disclosures and maintains a Code of Ethics and related policies to address those conflicts.
