AssetMark, Inc. is a registered investment adviser that primarily provides platform and advisory services to financial advisors, institutions and pooled investment vehicles, and it serves as the investment adviser for proprietary mutual funds (GuideMark and GuidePath). Its services include model portfolios, separately managed and individually managed accounts, direct indexing, private markets strategies and retirement and pension consulting delivered through the AssetMark Platform.
