About
Alsworth Capital Management (ACM) provides discretionary investment management to individuals, high‑net‑worth clients, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and retirement plans and generally charges percentage‑of‑AUM advisory fees. The firm also offers retirement plan advisory services (including ERISA 3(38) services) and, per its March 30, 2026 amendment, no longer offers standalone financial planning.
ACM’s investment approach is primarily long‑term and value‑oriented, relying on fundamental analysis and strategic asset allocations that may be tactically adjusted when the firm identifies valuation discrepancies. Portfolios are typically constructed with diversified mutual funds and ETFs but may include individual stocks, bonds and options, and the firm reports managing all client assets on a discretionary basis.
Distinctive features include $116.7 million in discretionary AUM and operation as a small advisory organization that generally enforces a $500,000 relationship minimum (and a $2,000,000 minimum for retirement plan clients), amounts the firm may waive at its discretion. The firm also offers ancillary services that are less common for peers — including tax preparation for some clients and insurance product recommendations through licensed advisory persons who may earn commissions — and maintains an institutional relationship with Schwab Advisor Services from which it receives economic benefits.
