Reef Investment Management LLC provides investment advisory and administrative services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles, primarily feeder funds that invest into a master fund (RCP). It acts as investment manager for the Feeder Funds and delivers ongoing supervision, investor relations, business development, and fund administration while facilitating acquisitions and dispositions of RCP units.
The firm pools capital to underwrite and invest in real estate-related asset-backed loans and private equity real estate projects, using predictive loan-default models, due diligence on property- and market-level data, and oversight from RCP’s Investment Committee.
