Performance-based fees charged for certain clients generally with net worth over $2,200,000 or at least $1,100,000 assets; fixed fee up to 25% of account balance quarterly in advance plus performance fee up to 10% of net increase charged quarterly in arrears

Account minimum: $50,000 Fee-only: Investment advisory fees based on assets under management up to 2.60%, negotiable; financial planning fees charged as flat fee or hourly, negotiable; retirement plan consulting fees charged as flat fee, AUM percentage (up to 1.5%), or hourly (up to $500/hour)
