Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked at Stone Asset Management as a Brokerage Trainee in 1995. He focuses on helping clients work toward their financial goals by understanding their unique wealth planning needs. Outside of his professional career, Jacques has interests in biking, fishing, football, hiking, and photography.

Michael Clark is a Planning Consultant at the Fairlawn Investor Center. In this role, he assists clients with designing and updating their financial plans and ensures they have the appropriate resources as they progress toward their retirement goals. Michael works closely with the Wealth Management Team to support clients throughout their retirement journey. He has held several positions at Fidelity Investments, including Planning Consultant since 2025, Relationship Manager from 2024 to 2025, and Financial Representative from 2023 to 2024. This experience has contributed to his understanding of client needs and financial planning strategies. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Michael's personal interests include board games, cooking and baking, hiking, outdoor adventures, puzzles, and traveling.

Lucy O'Connell is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she has been serving clients since 2002. She is a member of the Freeman O'Connell Thomas Wealth Management Group, a team of financial advisors with over 50 years of industry experience focused on the Northeast Ohio and Akron communities. Lucy works closely with clients to organize their finances and develop personalized strategies aimed at meeting both short- and long-term financial goals, with a focus on family wealth management, retirement planning, portfolio management, and women and wealth. Lucy holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Business Management from the University of Akron and attended John Carroll University on an academic scholarship. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant and holds several professional designations including Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). Her approach involves a deeper discovery process to identify and prioritize client needs and objectives. Outside of her professional role, Lucy is involved in her local community and volunteers with organizations such as Akron Children's Hospital and Akron Zoo. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two children, and grandchildren, and engages in activities such as soccer, biking, boating, dancing, gardening, hiking, running, and traveling.
