The driving force behind my work as a financial planner is empowering clients to build a meaningful financial plan, one that aligns with their core values and purpose. My Journey: After receiving entry-level training from a large brokerage firm back in 2012, I ultimately decided that an independent firm was more in alignment with my values as a planner. After dedicating nine years to a mid-sized firm in central Pennsylvania, I leveraged my invaluable experience and expertise to embark on a new journey by founding my own firm, First Light Wealth, LLC in 2023. Professional Growth: Throughout my career, I've embraced continuous learning and professional growth to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving financial landscape. In 2021, I embarked upon the challenging journey of earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ mark, a designation held by less than 30% of financial advisors. Colin is the founder of Zizzi Investments. Investing and athletics have always been two of Colin’s biggest passions. He began playing soccer at age five and was introduced to the stock market in middle school through a mock stock-picking competition. Colin studied finance and accounting at American University, where he played on the NCAA Division 1 soccer team. After college, he moved to Spain for 16 months to pursue his dream of playing professional soccer. He returned home to play professional soccer in Central PA for the next three years. While still playing soccer, he joined a local advisory firm in Harrisburg, where he spent the next 10 years. During this time, Colin earned his CFP®, AIF®, and CEPA® designations, while helping to oversee both qualified retirement plan assets and individual wealth management relationships. Colin resides in Mechanicsburg, PA with his wife Molly, his sons Carter, Julian, and Leo, and his dog Sage. He’s a member of the West Shore Free Church in Mechanicsburg. He continues to stay involved in soccer through coaching and volunteering with the JT Dorsey Foundation, a local non-profit dedicated to positively impacting youth through the sport of soccer. Colin’s other hobbies include golfing, travel, playing guitar, reading, and working out.

Darlene Michelson is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1995 and joined Merrill in 2009. Her practice focuses on investment and retirement income planning strategies, as well as estate and insurance coordination, with the objective of assisting clients in wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer. Darlene works primarily with high-net-worth individuals to develop customized strategies for asset allocation, portfolio management, liability management, tax minimization, and asset preservation. Her client focus areas include college education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, LGBT wealth planning, managing new wealth, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, women and wealth, and retirement income. As a qualified Portfolio Advisor and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), she recommends a variety of investment strategies, including those managed by Merrill and approved third parties. Darlene holds a bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys cooking, football, and gardening.

Wesley Miller is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2017 and has over two decades of experience in the financial industry, including 17 years in New York City prior to his current role. Wesley provides clients with comprehensive financial advice, focusing on financial and investment strategies, liquidity planning, estate and wealth transfer strategies, cash management, and strategic tax loss harvesting. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from La Salle University and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification in 2019. Wesley is also a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). He is active in his local community, leading volunteer outreach initiatives through his church's Mission Outreach program. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, golfing, traveling, and living on a farm in Adams County with his wife and their dogs.
