Erin O'brien

I work with my clients to identify their goals and dreams, assisting them in navigating their individual roadmaps strategically and efficiently toward financial well-being. I was inspired to become a CFP® after spending years in the accounting and tax industry. I worked for Arthur Andersen, LP in New York City as an auditor and later joined my father, Robert Susko, in his tax practice. I recognized the need to serve my clients beyond my role as a Certified Public Accountant. Over the years, I observed how uncomfortable my clients were discussing their finances and how underprepared they were for their retirement. What kept me awake at night though, was how dependent one spouse typically was on the other for handling all the household finances. I noticed traditionally this role fell upon the husband. Since women typically outlive men, I saw too many widows grieving the loss of their spouse while simultaneously trying to put the pieces of their financial puzzle together. I vowed to change this trend. That is why I earned my CFP and why I am so passionate about helping families plan for the future.

Ashley Karstens is a Planning Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role held since 2025. In this position, Ashley assists clients in planning and understanding their finances to help them achieve peace and confidence throughout their retirement years. Prior to this, Ashley served as a Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments from 2021 to 2025 and as a Financial Representative from 2020 to 2021. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, kayaking, engaging with puzzles, and exploring different cuisines as a foodie.

Dan McNICHOLAS is a Financial Consultant currently working at Fidelity Investments. He has been with the firm since 2023, initially serving as an Investment Consultant before advancing to his current role in 2025. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Dan held the position of Consultant at Wolver Hill Advisors, a family office, from 2022 to 2023. Dan's professional experience includes leadership roles in the financial sector, such as Global Head of Capital Introductions at Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited from 2016 to 2021, and Managing Director & Head of Alternative Sales Asia Pacific at State Street Asia Limited in Hong Kong from 2012 to 2016. His career reflects a focus on investment consulting and capital introductions within the Asia Pacific region. Outside of his professional work, Dan has personal interests in food, golf, and traveling.

Kyle Stanutz is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, serving the Naples and Marco Island community for over 10 years. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. Kyle's practice focuses on estate planning services, comprehensive retirement planning, and managing wealth across various client life stages. He specializes in college education planning, legacy planning, personal retirement planning, portfolio management, and tax minimization strategies. Kyle works closely with clients to develop personalized financial strategies that reflect their individual perspectives and long-term goals. Kyle earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Iowa and is involved in local organizations, including the Marco Island Iowa Club and the Marco Island Rotary Club. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golfing, tennis, baseball, basketball, football, and traveling.

Stephen Hudacek is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He specializes in providing comprehensive wealth management services tailored to complex financial needs, focusing on retirement, estate, and investment planning while prioritizing family-centered strategies. Stephen works closely with business owners, institutional clients, and families to develop integrated financial plans that address cash flow, liability management, tax consequences, and legacy considerations. Stephen holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA) designation awarded by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), as well as the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) credential. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Scranton. Stephen is also a member of professional organizations including The Pennsylvania Society, The Philadelphia Cricket Club, and The Union League of Philadelphia. Outside of his professional work, Stephen participates in community initiatives such as the Cody Barrasse Foundation and Volunteers in Medicine. He enjoys cooking, golfing, music, and traveling. He resides in Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter.

Steven Houle is Vice President and Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role he has held since 2015. In this capacity, he works closely with clients to understand their priorities and partners with them to develop comprehensive financial plans aimed at providing financial peace of mind. Steven's career at Fidelity Investments began in 2011 as a Financial Services Representative. Over the years, he has held various positions including High Net Worth Services Representative, Financial Representative, Investment Consultant, and currently Vice President, Financial Consultant. This progression reflects his extensive experience within the company and in financial consulting.
