I’m Paul Cipriano, the founder of Cipriano Wealth Management. I decided to launch Cipriano Wealth Management as a fee-only, independent registered investment advisor to eliminate the inherent conflicts of interest that investors are often forced to accept when engaging with a financial advisor. I offer comprehensive financial planning under a monthly subscription service. I also combine financial planning with ongoing investment management services and charge fees based on the value of the assets managed (AUM). I prioritize the development of your unique comprehensive financial plan as the foundation of our relationship. I am not singularly focused on gathering assets and refrain from managing investment portfolios unless we have developed a strategic plan for your assets. I worked on the trading desks at several large global investment banks for over 20 years where I was responsible for advising hedge funds and asset managers on portfolio management, investment strategy and market risk. I combine that experience with my training as a CFP® professional to help middle- and high-income families from working class backgrounds achieve their personal financial goals. Thomas Vetter is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and the founder of Vetter Planning. He chose to establish Vetter Planning because of his desire to help individuals and small businesses develop financial plans that are designed to achieve their goals. It was founded upon principles that place the utmost value on its clients’ financial goals and objectives. It is in the business of building long-term, solid relationships that are based upon trust and quality client service. Since 2002, Tom has been providing financial planning and investment advice. He graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to founding Vetter Planning, he was a Senior Financial Analyst for Guardian Life and an Investment Analyst for NYC Housing Development Corporation. Tom resides in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife, Jennifer, son Gavin, and daughters, Abigail and Claire. His interests include volunteering, coaching youth sports, golf, and mountain biking.

That you could manage yourself and your time and that the idea of having multiple streams of income is a feasible strategy. A year after graduating from college, I purchased my first home, lived in one room and rented out another one of the rooms. From there the journey to create multiple sources of income began. Now, as the parents of 2 young boys, my husband, Brian, and I are trying to demonstrate the same entrepreneurial spirit to our boys as we manage our rental property and our peer-to-peer car sharing business. We are enjoying the journey and our experiences flow over into my work with clients as their financial coach and business coach. I have worked 17 years in the financial services industry. Michael Pirozzi is a Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He specializes in family wealth management strategies, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, and both individual and corporate investment strategy. Michael focuses on developing personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s goals and risk tolerance, aiming to help clients pursue their long-term objectives through customized wealth management approaches. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University. He is also a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) and communicates fluently in both English and Spanish. Originally from New Jersey, he currently resides in Madison, NJ, where he has been an active community member for nearly fourteen years. Michael also dedicates time to volunteering with local organizations, reflecting his commitment to community involvement. Outside of his professional work, Michael enjoys a variety of personal interests including baseball, chess, cooking, football, golfing, ice hockey, skiing, spending time with his family, and tennis.

Matthew Armendinger is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designations. He specializes in creating personalized financial strategies to help individuals and families achieve their financial objectives. His areas of expertise include employee benefits planning, family wealth management, legacy planning, portfolio management, small business strategies, tax minimization, and retirement income planning. Matthew earned his bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he was a collegiate athlete and remains actively involved through participation in the FDU Young Alumni Association. His community involvement extends to volunteering as a guest speaker for ALPFA NJ and contributing to the Lupus Foundation of America. Outside of his professional work, Matthew enjoys baseball, basketball, football, golf, reading, running, yoga, and spending time with his family.
