Hi, I’m Jared Andreoli, CFP®, CSLP®, and I launched Simplicity Financial in 2017. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Student Loan Planner (CSLP®), I work with Physicians, Fellows, and residents to develop a financial road map to achieve their financial goals. Whether it be buying a house, paying off student loans, planning for retirement, or planning for a growing family, we work with clients to identify their financial picture and create a plan that aligns with their values. I have been interested in finances ever since I can remember, from being excited about a coin sorter as an 8 year old, to hiding my birthday money in the front cover of my Harry Potter book. In fact, one year, my favorite birthday gift was a book titled The Kids’ Money Book, and it still holds a special place on my bookshelf. Even as a child, I quickly realized that if I diligently managed my money, I could do even more things with this key tool. Another passion of mine has always been helping people achieve success by connecting on a personal level. To me, there is no better feeling than the joy I experience when I have helped someone, whether it be big or small. So, it comes as no surprise that financial planning was an obvious fit for me. After completing a college baseball career and graduating from Western Kentucky University with a finance major with a concentration in financial planning, I spent 6 years working as a mutual fund administrator for a large company. While I learned an immense amount about the financial world, I was missing the personal connection of working with individual clients that I could not find in the corporate world. In 2017, I put my aspirations into action and established Simplicity Financial.

Brian founded Behl Wealth Management to build a firm where clients truly come first. When not in the office or meeting with clients, Brian is likely to be golfing or traveling, often with his wife Kayla. He is a member of the Badgerland Water Ski Team based in Waukesha and has been part of multiple world records for show skiing acts. Brian is also an avid Wisconsin sports fan and can always be found cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. Aaron Berglin is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He focuses on developing client strategies in estate planning services, insurance leverage and risk management, and lending. Aaron works closely with clients' accounting and legal professionals to coordinate comprehensive strategies and serves on his team’s planning guidance, investment strategy, business development, and leadership committees. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner designation. He maintains multiple FINRA registrations including Series 7, 66, 9, 10, 24, and 31, and holds a Wisconsin State insurance license for life and health. Before entering financial services in 2001, Aaron served in the naval aviation community following his graduation. Outside of his professional career, Aaron enjoys adventure sports, baseball, biking, boating, camping, football, hiking, hunting, running, and spending time with his family.

Kyle Kraninger is an Investment Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he partners with clients to identify their personal and financial priorities and co-create customized financial plans. He aims to build lifelong relationships with clients and their families. Kyle has been with Fidelity Investments since 2022, progressing through roles including Financial Representative, Relationship Manager, Planning Consultant, and currently Investment Consultant. He holds an Arkansas Insurance License. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with friends at social events, playing golf, being at the lake, and traveling.
