Hi, I'm Chris - Founder and Financial Planner at Southshore Financial Planning. I enjoy partnering with individuals and families to guide them to and through retirement so they can live life to the fullest. This is accomplished by first taking a deep dive into where clients are now financially and where they want to be. Then ideas are weaved together in the areas of cash flow, investments, taxes, insurance, debt and estate planning into one financial roadmap. Professionally, I am a CFP® Practitioner and have two finance-related degrees from the University of North Florida. My entire 19 year career has been dedicated to serving individuals and families in the financial services industry. Before founding Southshore Financial Planning, I spent 11 years at one of the largest financial institutions in the country where I was directly responsible for a $700 million client practice. On a personal note, my wife Heather and I are parents to three wonderful boys. In our free time we enjoy spending time with family, traveling, fishing, and watching the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Tom LeClaire is the Principal and a Senior Wealth Manager at Caliber Wealth Advisory based in Tampa, FL. Tom holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and graduated from Stetson University with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Prior to starting Caliber Wealth Advisory, Tom worked for Charles Schwab & Company for ten years, primarily as a Financial Consultant, where he developed and maintained client relationships focusing on financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio management. In addition to leading a team of qualified professionals, his core responsibilities at Caliber Wealth Advisory include wealth management covering financial planning, strategic investment management, and client education. Since 1994, Tom has served in the Army Guard, deployed overseas three times, and currently works with the 50th Regional Support Group in Homestead, FL. Tom was born and raised in Central Florida and resides in Tampa. He is the proud husband of his wife, Michelle, and he spends his free time with her, raising their newborn daughter.

John Chan is currently the Vice President, Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments. In this role, he partners with clients to understand their financial situations, provide impactful analysis, and co-create financial plans aligned with their goals. He has been with Fidelity Investments since 2003, holding various positions including Financial Consultant, Investment Consultant, Relationship Manager, and more. John brings over a decade of experience helping affluent clients and their families across the country. His focus is on building relationships and designing financial strategies tailored to clients' unique life stages. Outside of his professional work, John enjoys biking, camping, family activities, running, swimming, and exploring culinary interests.

Jonathan Hoskins is Vice President and Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a position he has held since 2019. He has been with Fidelity in various roles since 2009, bringing over 15 years of financial services experience. His career at Fidelity includes experience as a Financial Consultant, Managed Accounts Investment Consultant, Managed Accounts Portfolio Specialist, and Fixed Income Specialist, among other positions. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked in the mortgage industry as a Residential Mortgage Account Executive and Senior Mortgage Underwriter. Jonathan partners with clients to develop personalized financial plans aimed at reaching their definitions of financial success. He focuses on understanding clients' goals, needs, and priorities to implement customized wealth strategies. He leverages Fidelity's resources, including advanced technology and a cost-efficient investment platform, in his advisory approach. Jonathan holds a California Insurance License. Outside of his professional career, Jonathan enjoys biking, comedy, fishing, gardening, outdoor adventures, and parenthood.

Carter Hansen is a Vice President and Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a position he has held since 2019. He has been with Fidelity Investments since 2010, progressing through various roles including Financial Consultant, Investment Consultant, Investment Solutions Representative, Premium Relationship Associate, and Financial Representative. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked as a Financial Services Representative at Wells Fargo Investments from 2008 to 2009 and at Etrade Securities from 2006 to 2008. Throughout his career, Carter has focused on assisting clients in creating financial plans based on their individual needs and goals, utilizing solid financial practices and resources. He emphasizes open and honest communication and aims to build trust with clients at every step. His experience spans financial consulting, investment advising, and relationship management within the financial services industry.

Enzo Cespedes Correa is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he has worked since 2022. He began his finance career in 2017 within consumer banking, gaining experience in financial operations, client service, and customized banking solutions. In 2020, he transitioned into investment management, focusing on wealth planning and preservation, including tax minimization strategies, wealth transfers, estate planning services, and family dynamics. Enzo holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) professional designations. He earned both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University, as well as completing an Accredited Certificate Program at Yale University. Fluent in English and Spanish, he utilizes his credentials and expertise to align clients’ financial resources with their goals through an educational planning approach. Originally from Coral Gables, Miami, Enzo resides in Wellswood, Tampa. Outside of his professional role, he engages in a variety of personal interests including chess, football, music, pickleball, reading, writing, and spending time with his family. He is also active in his church community.
