I founded Weiser Financial Planning LLC after working many years in the corporate world. I chose to open WFP because I wanted to create a business with a noble purpose where I could combine my entrepreneurial side with my passion for helping people to make wise financial decisions. I believe that money is just a tool and that it's important to help people connect their money with the things that are most important to them. I like to say, "money without purpose is like eating cereal without milk, it might taste ok - it's just not as satisfying." I have worked in the financial services industry since 2000 working for several Fortune 500 companies. Over those years I have consulted with hundreds of financial advisors from various financial institutions including banks, insurance companies, wirehouses, and independent broker/dealers. Through this experience I have had the opportunity to help thousands of clients and positively impact their lives. One of my driving motivations in building a new financial planning business was to differentiate from the Wall Street firms, banks, and insurance companies that sell proprietary products with sales incentives, and conflicts of interest that are intended to maximize company returns at the expense of clients. Andy joined the financial services and planning industry in 1999 shortly after graduating from Villanova University. In his early career, he joined a team of like-minded professionals who traveled throughout the USA consulting and teaching financial planners about the benefits of running fee-only, fiduciary practices, and shared comprehensive planning techniques to help them become better financial planners. After years of seeing clients’ experiences enhanced through consulting to planning firms, Andy felt compelled to start helping clients directly. Starting 2009 as an independent, fee-only financial planner, he has helped hundreds of individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States and Puerto Rico achieve their financial goals. Andy maintains the professional credentials of the Certified Financial Planner(™) and a Masters in Business Administration. He enjoys traveling, visiting other cultures and is not scared of trying new and interesting cuisine. Andy is an avid guitar enthusiast and volunteers in his church’s worship band weekly. When he isn’t developing financial planning strategies for clients, traveling, or worshiping The Lord, he loves to spend quality time with his wonderful wife, Silvia, and baby boy, Luke.

Dylan Haines is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. In his role, he works closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that address their short-, mid-, and long-term financial goals. His expertise includes areas such as college education planning, family wealth management, legacy planning, liquidity management, retirement income, and tax minimization. Dylan also provides support for small business strategies and portfolio management services. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashland University. Dylan has earned professional designations as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). His approach emphasizes understanding what matters to clients to create tailored financial plans and provide ongoing advice as their needs evolve. Outside of his professional work, Dylan enjoys basketball, boxing, football, golfing, hiking, music, pickleball, running, spending time with his family, and traveling.

Kevin O'Callahan is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he has worked since 2025. He specializes in partnering with individuals and families to develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans tailored to their goals. His experience includes roles as Investment Consultant, Planning Consultant, and Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments from 2022 to 2025, and as a Registered Representative at New York Life from 2021 to 2022. Kevin's professional background reflects a focus on financial planning and investment consulting. Outside of his professional work, Kevin has interests in baseball, fitness, football, and golf.
