Hello there! I’m Andrew, Founder and Owner of Lever Wealth Management. I am a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and Certified Financial Planner Professional who spent the last decade performing complex wealth and retirement planning for Ultra High Net Worth Families, and personally managed their investments. Prior to that, I was a bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, regulating Nationally Chartered Banks. Dream job, right? Well, over the years I have become let down with the incentive structures of the vast majority of financial services firms. It is hard to truly work deeply with your clients and focus on adding value to their life when incentives are focused on product sales and asset growth. I don’t know about you, but I tend to see most financial advisors trying to continually gather more and more assets (to the detriment of their current clients), advising only on what they personally manage rather than all assets (to the detriment of their current clients), and making big fancy promises to those new clients (to the detriment of their current clients). These create significant conflicts of interest and started to dishearten me. So, I decided to make a change and be a solution for those who are looking to live their life freely and make an impact on others. I have been married to my amazing wife Kerra for ten years, and we have two children Eli (4) and Amelia (1). We particularly enjoy traveling as a family to France and Hawaii, and are dedicated to our local church Encounter. Finally, I fell in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu many years ago, and am a purple belt that competes from time to time. Hope to talk soon.

Terry Wheeler is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he plays a key role in providing personalized wealth management strategies tailored to clients' individual goals. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Terry brings a depth of expertise in areas including family wealth management, legacy planning, retirement income strategy, portfolio management, and tax minimization. He serves as a relationship manager and works closely with a multigenerational team to address complex client needs related to wealth preservation and transfer. Prior to joining Merrill in 2014, Terry founded Wheeler Financial Services, LLC, and held positions at NatCity Investments, Independence Financial Services, and Fifth Third Securities. He collaborates with colleagues to deliver comprehensive financial advice combining Merrill's investment insights and Bank of America’s banking and lending solutions. Terry holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern Indiana and has earned a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. In addition to his professional work, Terry is involved in his community through volunteering and is a member of the Evansville Christian Life Center. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, boating, bowling, cooking, fishing, golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family. His approach to financial advising is shaped by personal experiences that continue to influence his commitment to helping clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Kyle Leffel is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and serves as a Team Financial Advisor at NSA. He joined the NSA team in April 2025 and focuses on business development and financial planning. Kyle holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation. Kyle graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he worked in sales for a local oil and gas distributor. His expertise includes retirement planning, portfolio management, risk assessment, tax-efficient investing, and portfolio optimization. Kyle emphasizes a personalized approach to wealth management by listening closely to clients’ goals, values, and concerns to develop strategies tailored to their long-term objectives. Outside of his professional work, Kyle has been involved in leading a local college Christian ministry for nine years in Indianapolis and Bloomington. He and his family currently reside in Evansville. Kyle is married and has five sons. In his free time, he spends time with family, participates in church activities, and follows Notre Dame football.
