J Jordan is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He has been with the firm since 2002 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Clemson University. Douglas Wahl is a Wealth Management Advisor leading the Wahl Group team at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He focuses primarily on planning and serves clients in areas including family wealth management strategies, services for endowments, foundations, and non-profits, liquidity management, managing new wealth, and personal retirement planning. Doug holds several professional designations including Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™). He joined the Wahl Group in 2000 after earning a bachelor's degree from New College of Florida with a focus in Mathematics and Biology. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Doug is active in his community as a unit leader with the Boy Scouts of America and serves as a committee chair for the Philmont Staff Association. He is also affiliated with the National Eagle Scout Association and the Investments & Wealth Institute. Doug lives in Murrells Inlet with his wife Denise and their two children.

Mackenzie Wahl is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and a member of the Wahl Group since 2015. She holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®). In her role, she focuses on areas such as college education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, LGBT wealth planning, managing new wealth, personal retirement planning, portfolio management services, socially responsible and values-based investing, and women and wealth. Before joining Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Mackenzie worked as a real estate attorney in Myrtle Beach for three years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a degree in History and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Charleston School of Law. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association but does not provide legal advice in her current financial advisory role. Mackenzie lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with her husband, Craig. Her personal interests include reading, sewing, and traveling.

Steven Cottillion is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He specializes in delivering personalized wealth management strategies designed to help clients pursue their financial goals. His approach integrates Merrill’s investment insights with the banking and lending solutions offered through Bank of America. Steven’s areas of expertise include college and education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, retirement income and personal retirement planning, tax minimization, as well as services tailored for endowments, foundations, non-profits, small businesses, and women and wealth. He uses Merrill’s Proprietary Financial Modeling, known as the Personal Wealth Analysis®, to address clients’ concerns and provide comprehensive financial stress testing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Pennsylvania State University System, and maintains professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC). Steven is a member of the Penn State Myrtle Beach Alumni Association and participates in community organizations such as the American Cancer Society and United Way. Outside of work, he enjoys adventure sports, camping, golfing, and spending time with his family.
