Our typical client is someone who believes that true wealth is having control over their time so they can spend it with the people and activities they love. They prefer to delegate most of their financial matters to a team of trusted professionals who will care for their loved ones after they are gone.

Staci Madsen is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, specializing in serving families, professionals, businesses, and community heroes such as first responders, educators, healthcare providers, military personnel, and law enforcement. She focuses on developing tailored financial strategies that balance clients' current needs with their future goals, providing expertise in areas including education planning, family wealth management, legacy planning, liquidity management, managing new wealth, and personal retirement planning. Staci holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas System and has earned professional designations as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). She is involved in several professional organizations, including the Canton Texas Chamber of Commerce, LPGA Amateurs, and Lindale Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of her professional role, Staci supports her husband's dual careers as a firefighter and realtor while raising their three children. Her personal interests include gardening, hunting, sewing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Drew Robertson is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he joined the Meads Wealth Management Team in 2018. He works with a diverse clientele including families, professional athletes, business owners, executives, and organizations. Drew focuses on connecting all aspects of clients’ financial lives to help prioritize and pursue their most important goals. His areas of expertise include college education planning, executive compensation, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, philanthropic planning, portfolio management services, and sports and entertainment client services. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Baylor University, where he was also a baseball player and selected in the 10th round of the MLB draft. He has earned the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation and is affiliated with professional organizations including Baylor Alumni and Baylor Baseball Alumni. Outside of his professional work, Drew resides in Tyler, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time outdoors through activities such as golfing, hiking, hunting, and scuba diving, as well as traveling and family time.
