My origin story begins on Long Island, where I was raised in an immigrant household defined by entrepreneurial highs and devastating lows. My father, a risk-taking entrepreneur, passed away while I was still in high school. Overnight, I found myself managing our family’s finances and hustling to support us—building websites and offering tech support to local businesses before I was old enough to vote. At 19, I got licensed as an insurance agent and began my journey in financial services. (No, I no longer sell products.) I started college as a computer science major but graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a finance degree after realizing where I could have the greatest impact. My early entry into the field means I’ve now worked in financial services for nearly two decades—while still in my thirties. That experience spans a broad range of clients, from 22 to 70+, across professions like law, medicine, finance, and entrepreneurship. I’m fluent in their language and the challenges they face, from correcting mismanaged 401(k)s to addressing underinsured households to navigating unexpected windfalls and offshore asset transfers. Clients often tell me I “get it”—because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to be the first line of financial defense for your family or your business. And I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're not sure who to trust. That’s why I built my practice around transparency, technical expertise, and deep empathy. Today, I live in Huntington, Long Island, with my growing family. Joseph Iannuzzi is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where he collaborates with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that align assets with individual long-term goals. He began his current role in 2022 after serving as an Investment Consultant at Fidelity Investments earlier that same year. Prior to joining Fidelity, Joseph worked at Ameriprise Financial, where he held positions as an Associate Financial Advisor from 2021 to 2022 and as a Paraplanner from 2019 to 2021. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in financial consulting and investment advising. Outside of his professional work, Joseph enjoys baseball, family activities, fitness, and golf.

Michele Pasqualina is Vice President, Wealth Planner at Fidelity Investments, a role she has held since 2024. She has extensive experience in wealth management, having served in senior advisory positions at several financial institutions over the past decade. Her previous roles include Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor at Hightower Advisors from 2023 to 2024, Vice President, Senior Portfolio Advisor at Merrill Lynch from 2018 to 2023, Vice President, Private Client Advisor at JP Morgan from 2016 to 2018, and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley from 2012 to 2016. Michele partners with clients and their families as a primary trusted advisor to develop comprehensive and personalized financial planning strategies. She and her team support clients through all stages of wealth management, including account opening, funding, and navigating complex financial decisions. Outside of her professional work, Michele has interests in art, food, kayaking, Pilates, traveling, and volunteering.
