Gregg Pfeffer is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He joined Merrill in 1998 and has since developed expertise in wealth management, focusing on various client needs including college education planning, corporate benefits, divorce transition planning, family wealth management strategies, and retirement income. Gregg provides personalized service by delivering a Personal Wealth Analysis to clients and leverages digital tools and integrated services such as banking, mortgages, and trusts offered through Bank of America. He holds several professional designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC). Gregg earned a bachelor's degree from Allegheny College. In addition to his professional role, Gregg serves as a committee member of the Northwest Pennsylvania chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He is also involved in community activities through his support of non-profit organizations making an impact within the Erie community. Outside of work, Gregg enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Lauren Bauer is the Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill, where she has been serving since 2015. She specializes in retirement and financial planning for individuals, companies, and nonprofit organizations. Lauren holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute™, the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA) credential, and is a Senior Retirement Benefits Consultant. She also holds the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) and Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC) designations. Lauren earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and completed a program at the Chicago Booth School of Business. She leverages her background in education to help clients and retirement plan participants understand the investment process. Her expertise includes college education planning, divorce transition planning, employee benefits planning, and socially responsible investing among other areas. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Lauren serves on the Board of Trustees for the Erie Community Foundation and is involved with the Erie Women's Fund, UPMC Safe Harbor Behavioral Health, and Women United for Community Schools. She is also active with Athena PowerLink®, a program supporting local female-owned businesses.
