Prior to starting Arrow Investment Management, he spent eight years in higher education as a university professor, and has a strong background as a researcher, teacher, and mentor. His approach emphasizes listening carefully to clients in order to provide personalized financial advice and solutions aligned with their long-term objectives. Stephen’s expertise encompasses portfolio management services, corporate and employee benefits planning, family wealth management strategies, tax minimization, retirement income planning, and strategies for endowments, foundations, and non-profits. He also assists clients in managing concentrated stock positions and navigating significant transition events such as retirement, inheritance, or business sales. Stephen works collaboratively with clients’ attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, and provides access to Bank of America Private Bank and commercial banking services to support comprehensive financial and legacy planning. Stephen earned his High School Diploma from Edmond North. Carter Baumert is a Senior Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He has been in the financial services industry since 1987 and joined Merrill Lynch in February 2004. Over his career, Carter has focused on serving Ultra High Net Worth families, business owners, and institutional clients, particularly in qualified plan spaces. His expertise encompasses divorce transition planning, family wealth management strategies, philanthropic planning, legacy planning, investment consulting, portfolio management, and services for endowments, foundations, non-profits, defined benefit, and defined contribution plans. Carter's approach to wealth management emphasizes understanding clients' financial situations and goals to provide tailored, efficient, and effective solutions.
