Ridley Wealth Management

At Ridley Wealth Management, our mission is to help clients enjoy their wealth with gratitude, wisdom, and generosity. I founded the firm after more than a decade in financial services, driven by a desire to integrate wise stewardship and faith into every financial decision. As a fee-only fiduciary, my role is simple: to provide clear advice, manage investments with discipline, and design financial plans that give families peace of mind. Outside the office, my wife Lauren and I are raising two great kids, Georgia and David, along with Molly, our Springer Spaniel who lives for bird season. We serve families in Round Rock, TX; Cedar Park, TX; Leander, TX, and the Greater Austin area — and virtually across the country.

Ubequity Wealth Management, LLC

As a comprehensive financial adviser with a unique specialization in equity compensation, my mission is to guide you toward achieving your best life. Throughout my career as an adviser, I have seen how impactful the right advice can be. From an early age, I saw my parents struggle with finances, and I wanted to change that. As a paperboy at age 11, I wanted to know the best way to handle my money and took an interest in financial planning. I also realized that there was an opportunity to help. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Logistics and my MBA in Management Science, with Honors, from Penn State. While working in logistics for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, I received my first stock options and restricted shares. This created a strong interest in stock options and I wanted to know more so I could help others with theirs. While working for the railroad, I completed my CFP® professional education. A few years ago, I realized that people receiving significant equity or stock compensation are often given cookie cutter advice as it relates to their goals. I chose to earn my CPWA® to better serve high net worth individuals, and specifically those with stock compensation. I continue to learn, teach, and lead other advisers to provide higher quality advice to stock compensation recipients. I decided to start Ubequity because I realized that many people, including experienced financial advisers, don’t fully understand the opportunity for impact provided by stock compensation. I enjoy taking you from seeing stock compensation as an investment, or a mystery, to understanding it, using it as a tool to retire, spend time with family, travel, buy property, support charities, pay off debt, and live your best life. In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my wife, two kids and our dog and cat. (Although more of a dog lover, I have learned to love our cat too.) Over the years I have enjoyed giving my time to a wide range of causes including Boy Scouts, our church, as a Founding Travel Director and licensed coach for youth soccer, and as a fundraising member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training. Outside of work, I can be found training for triathlons, reading and listening to books, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, cheering on Penn State Football and travelling. I truly enjoy helping people reach their goals through financial planning and maximizing stock compensation benefits. I look forward to working with you to achieve your best life.

Growth Horizons Wealth Management LLC

I’m Zach Thomas, founder and steward of Growth Horizons Wealth Management, based in Georgetown, TX. As a fee‑only, fiduciary advisor, our team empowers small business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and retirees to build purposeful lives through thoughtful, technology-forward wealth planning—because financial success should fuel what matters, not distract from it. My journey began after witnessing my grandfather’s financial struggles following his business exit. That experience—combined with the values of my parents (a teacher and postal worker)—shaped my mission to prevent others from suffering the same. I launched my career at Wells Fargo, built a wealth-management department at Cadence Bank, and refined my approach at Heritage Family Offices before launching my practice in July 2023. Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband, proud father to Roman, CrossFit enthusiast, triathlon finisher, aspiring author, lifelong student of the humanities, and active Christian. I believe wealth is about time, freedom, and legacy—not just dollars.
