Welcome! I’m Ron Strobel, CFP®, founder of Retire Sensibly LLC. I began my career working as a financial advisor for several large wealth management firms. The focus on commissions, hidden fees, and other unethical behavior left me dismayed and looking for a better alternative. I quit my job shortly after earning my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and launched Retire Sensibly LLC. I help my clients: 1. Organize their finances 2. Invest intelligently 3. Feel more confident about their retirement plan I serve clients in Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Nampa, and the surrounding areas. Cole Rumrill is a Financial Consultant at Fidelity. In this role, he focuses on understanding clients' goals and collaborating with them to utilize Fidelity's tools to pursue those objectives. He has held various positions at Fidelity, including Investment Consultant in 2025, Relationship Manager from 2024 to 2025, and Financial Representative from 2023 to 2024. Cole holds a California Insurance License. Outside of his professional work, Cole's personal interests include comedy, fitness, football, outdoor adventures, reading, and snowboarding.

Roman Jones is Vice President and Branch Leader at Fidelity Investments, where he has been serving since 2004.
