My name is Alex and I provide fee-only ongoing-subscription and flat-fee project based financial planning and advisory services to mid-career professionals & retirement plan consulting services to business owners and plan sponsors. As your financial advocate, we help you navigate the increasing complexity of the financial markets and regulations with a customized strategy, tracking your progress and making adjustments as your needs and goals change. I have 21+ years of experience in the financial industry and held roles in trading, financial product distribution, private banking, and wealth management. I graduated with a business degree from the Eller College of Management at The University of Arizona and also am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and Certified Investment Management Analyst® designee. My office is located in downtown Phoenix, AZ and I work with clients in-person and remotely across the United States.

Throughout my career, I quickly became the "go-to" resource for colleagues, family, and friends needing financial advice and guidance. Through my desire to educate, bring transparency to financial services, and help others succeed, I founded Objective Wealth. I differentiate by servicing those seeking a fiduciary planner who provides a tax-focused comprehensive approach, objective insight, and level of service that will guide you to identify and help achieve your goals. I completed my Masters of Business Administrator at Thunderbird School of Global Management and attended Michigan State where I received my bachelor's degree. Prior to financial planning, I spent many years in the education services business. I was involved with designing learning tools, education technology, and delivering services to classrooms throughout the country. I grew up in a family of educators and providing education is an essential part of my values. In my free time, you can find me hiking, camping, cooking, and scuba diving. Hi! My name is Ben Taylor Poulos. I am a CFP® practitioner. I was born and raised in California and for college I went to the University of Arizona where I completed my B.S in Biology with a focus in Biomedical Sciences. I've been in the valley for 8 years now and this is home. So, who really am I and who are you dealing with? I am first an educator and a listener. All of my life I have naturally gravitated towards people and have wanted to lift everyone around me up. Coming out of High School I really didn't know what was right for my spirit. Was it a teacher? Was it a pastor? Was it going to be a NFL star? (Yeah right) Or at the very least play for the University of Arizona Wildcats? (My Sister's dream) This question lead me to continuing my football career at my local Junior College. While I was playing college football I went through two surgeries which led me down the path of wanting to become a physical therapist. Working through the process of learning how to walk and the excitement I saw on my therapist's face started my path down to Biology. A minor hiccup was the cost of it all and so I thought what's next? As a bartender and working with my local patrons, I found out that a lot of people in the service industry went into Real Estate or Finance. I'm very glad with the decision I made to go into Finance which led me to falling in love with Financial Planning as a career. To be able to give back to individuals, families and my community with a topic you don't get taught in school. Friends, colleagues and even people on the street have told me that I have a face people can trust. And it's true, at the end of the day I will promise that If you take the step with me you will be heard on your wants and needs. I started in the advice business in 2012 as an intern at First Allied Securities. Lucky for me, I got to see the inside of a lot of classic wealth management firms - how the sausage was made. Fast forward to 2016, I've worked a few years in the industry, but I'm not happy with my trajectory; I want to write my own story. A couple of industry guys create a platform called XY Planning Network, seemingly tailor-made for me & my dreams. I want to serve the next generation of clients in a fair & transparent way, and I'd like to do it on my own terms. XYPN's little push, their "Yes, you can do this" at the September 2016 conference in San Diego, was the catalyst for launching my firm, Montebello Avenue Limited Company, which went live in February 2017. Today, my firm serves 50+ clients locally & throughout the country. I couldn't be more proud of our clientele or more hopeful about the future of the firm.
