She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University. She has earned professional designations including Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™), and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). Her expertise includes retirement planning services, long-term care funding analysis, investment oversight, and socially responsible investing. Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Cynthia resides in Shaker Heights with her husband and their two Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers. She is active in her community, serving as Vice President on the Board of Trustees for both the B’nai Jeshurun Congregation and the Cleveland Hillel Foundation. Her community involvement also includes previous leadership roles and participation in various boards and committees related to Jewish organizations and education. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
