My name is Shaun Melby and I am the founder of Melby Wealth Management, LLC. At the time of my certification, I was one of the youngest CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioners in the country. I have over a decade of experience in the financial industry while working closely with some of the biggest names in music. I believe the financial planning process is the best way to create and maintain wealth, so I formed Melby Wealth Management to help as many people as possible work towards achieving their dreams and obtaining financial peace of mind. I grew up in Onalaska, Wisconsin and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2005 to earn a BBA in Finance as well as Music Business from Belmont University. My wife and I call Nashville, Tennessee home and in 2019 we welcomed our daughter into the world and in 2022 our son. During my spare time, I enjoy going to Nashville Predators and Nashville SC games, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, checking out the local dining scene, traveling, playing with our dogs Hank and Bo, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Dr. Jay. My wife and I are Childfree, and it has a big impact on how we structure our finances. John Morris is a Private Wealth Manager at Merrill Private Wealth Management. He joined Merrill Private Wealth in 2021 after serving as a Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank in the Nashville office, where he advised high-net-worth clients on investment management, lending, family office services, estate planning, and trusts. With over 30 years of experience in professional investment management and private wealth management, John has held key positions including Partner at GenSpring Family Offices, Executive Vice President at SunTrust Banks, and Market Executive at Bank of America. He began his career with Bankers Trust Company in New York. His client focus areas include family wealth management strategies, liquidity management, managing new wealth, and tax minimization. John holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) and serves as a Director for the nonprofit organization Bunker Labs. John lives with his wife, Mariann, and they have three sons. His personal interests include boating, football, and spending time with his family.

Edgar Evins is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, bringing 36 years of experience exclusively with Merrill. A Nashville native who grew up in a banking family in Lebanon, Tennessee, Edgar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from Samford University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™), and a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA). Throughout his career, Edgar has focused on personalized wealth management strategies that align with clients' unique goals and values.
