Hello, I'm Tess Downing. I am the founder and lead financial advisor of Complete View Financial LLC, a fee-only financial planning firm serving individuals and families who are either retired or nearing retirement. We are retirement-focused and specialize in planning and collaborating with retirees to make the most of their financial journey. We want to partner with you in your journey by helping you set financial goals and empowering you with the financial knowledge you need for success through transparent and honest guidance. Our mission is to provide clients with peace of mind regarding their financial picture so they are able to focus on the things that matter most to them. Since our inception, we have spent numerous hours collaborating with those preparing for retirement and current retirees to better understand the true concerns, aspirations, and desires that lie ahead for late adulthood. I have been named to the Investment News list of “40 Under 40” which features the best professionals among the financial advice industry’s up-and-comers. I have also been repeatedly recognized in Northern Virginia Magazine’s list of Top Financial Advisors. I earned my Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University. I also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from TTU. Before founding Complete View Financial, I worked in the fee-only financial planning and investment management industry with highly reputable firms on the East Coast. On a personal note, when I am not working with clients, I am with my family, my husband and two daughters. We have our hands full and typically have busy weekends with swim parties, ballet, family visits, and movie nights. We love to travel and are now hoping to pass on that passion to our children. When I do manage to escape for a night, I enjoy trying the best new restaurants which then necessitates being a body pump fanatic at my local gym.

Fair Oaks Financial LLC was founded in 2020 and began operations in 2021 amid the COVID-19 Virus era. Many changes were taking place and people were reevaluating their lives in the face of the pandemic. Suddenly life took on different priorities and meaning and one did not know if they would be affected and to what extent. This brought to attention many overlooked items, that people were waiting to get around to, and brought them to the forefront. Questions like "if something were to happen to me, am I prepared?" My goal is to help you prepare for an uncertain future. There are many things that can be done to reduce anxiety in these stressful times. As a Fiduciary Advisor, I will be working with you to develop a plan that is customized to address your needs and desires. Being a Fiduciary means acting in your best interest. I enjoy helping people make sense of a complex set of choices, objectively weighing the pros and cons, and making informed decisions consistent with their long-term goals. I have been working in the investment business for more than 25 years. I have seen complexity keep people from making the decisions needed to accomplish their goals. I enjoy helping explain things in a way that makes sense. Warren Buffet says "investing is simple, it's just not easy." Having a guide on your journey to help make decisions that will impact your future is not only important but essential. We all need objective advice, void of conflicts, to help us make wise decisions.

Thomas Immenschuh is a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he serves as a senior partner of KI & Associates. He works with business owners, professionals, and their families, delivering personalized wealth management strategies that encompass growth, accumulation, investment management, asset preservation, and efficient wealth transfer. Thomas utilizes the resources available through Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management platforms to develop financial strategies tailored to clients’ needs. With expertise in areas such as retirement planning, executive compensation, concentrated stock and options management, corporate cash and treasury services, and trust and estate planning, Thomas focuses on helping clients achieve financial well-being. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Thomas served in the US Air Force from 1982 to 1986 and continued his service in the Air Force Reserve through 1995, including activation during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He holds professional designations including CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). Thomas is actively involved in the San Antonio community, having served on the boards of Any Baby Can, The ARC of San Antonio, and the Texas Planning Council Partners in Policy Making, and volunteering with Catholic Charities and the Central Catholic School Golf Team. He is a lifetime member of the UTSA Alumni Association and past president of Team Golf San Antonio. Thomas resides in Castle Hills with his wife Charlotte Gallagher Immenschuh and their three sons.

Erica Licon is a Planning Consultant at Fidelity Investments, a role she has held since 2023. Prior to this position, she served as a Relationship Manager and Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, gaining experience from 2022 to 2023 and in 2022 respectively. Before joining Fidelity, Erica worked as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial from 2020 to 2022 and as an Office Assistant at a Thrivent Financial office from 2019 to 2020. Erica focuses on building long-term relationships with her clients and their families by recognizing their individual circumstances and needs. She utilizes the resources available at Fidelity to assist clients in pursuing their financial goals. Outside of her professional work, Erica has interests in art, family activities, golf, movies, and traveling.
